Register for Junior Eagles
Ages 7 - 12 years
The Junior Eagles weekly golf program, tailored for golfers aged 7-12, is designed to build on the foundational skills introduced in Junior Birdies, offering a more advanced and comprehensive curriculum. Created by Ryan Macey, PGA Specialized Professional in Teaching and Coaching and a Level 2 Top 50 US Kids Golf instructor, this program utilizes the American Development Model (ADM) developed by the United States Olympic Committee to help young athletes hone their skills and competitive edge. Junior Eagles focuses on refining essential golf techniques such as swing mechanics, putting accuracy, and course management, while also introducing more complex concepts like shot selection, strategy, and the mental aspects of the game.
Parents can expect a supportive and challenging environment where their children are encouraged to develop both their technical skills and love for the sport. The ADM framework ensures that the curriculum is tailored to the developmental stages of older children, promoting not only physical skills like strength, precision, and coordination but also cognitive abilities such as decision-making and focus. Through a mix of individual instruction and group activities, young golfers will work on improving their driving distance, short game and overall consistency, all while learning the importance of practice, perseverance and sportsmanship. This program is perfect for young athletes looking to elevate their golf game and prepare for more competitive levels of play.
